Trade In Policy

CPAP Machine Trade-In Offer

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Eligible customers who trade in an old CPAP machine may receive 10% off the purchase price of an eligible new CPAP machine purchased from NSW CPAP during the promotional period. The trade-in discount is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. Promotional period This offer is valid from 26th May, 2026 to 30th June, 2026 unless extended, varied, or withdrawn earlier by NSW CPAP.

3. Eligible products The 10% trade-in discount applies to selected new CPAP machines only. The offer does not apply to:
• masks
• tubing
• filters
• humidifier chambers
• batteries
• accessories
• spare parts
• service fees
• postage or delivery charges
• hire machines
• already discounted, clearance, bundle, or special-order items, unless NSW CPAP agrees otherwise

4. Trade-in requirement To receive the discount, the customer must trade in an old CPAP machine at a participating NSW CPAP clinic. The traded machine must include:
• the CPAP machine device
• the power supply, where available

NSW CPAP may accept machines that are working, faulty, or no longer used, subject to staff assessment.

5. Ownership declaration By trading in a machine, the customer confirms that:
• they are the lawful owner of the machine
• the machine is not stolen
• the machine is not leased, financed, rented, or subject to any third-party claim
• they have the right to transfer ownership of the machine to NSW CPAP  NSW CPAP may refuse the trade-in if staff have concerns about ownership, condition, safety, or eligibility.

6. One trade-in per new machine Only one trade-in discount may be used per eligible new CPAP machine purchase. The offer cannot be split across multiple purchases.

7. Cannot be combined with other offers This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional offer, coupon, rebate, package price, price-match arrangement, or third-party funding arrangement, unless NSW CPAP expressly agrees.

8. No cash value The traded machine has no standalone cash value under this promotion. No cash, store credit, refund, or gift card will be provided for the traded machine.

9. Discount calculation The 10% discount is calculated on the eligible new CPAP machine purchase price before any optional accessories, service fees, delivery charges, or other non-eligible items are added.

10. Final acceptance The trade-in discount is subject to final approval by NSW CPAP staff at the participating clinic. NSW CPAP may refuse, cancel, or reverse the discount if:
• the customer does not provide an eligible trade-in machine
• the customer cannot verify ownership
• the purchase is returned or cancelled
• the offer has been applied in error
• the customer breaches these terms and conditions

11. Returns and refunds If the new CPAP machine purchased under this promotion is returned, any refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after the trade-in discount was applied. Once the traded machine has been accepted by NSW CPAP, it will not be returned to the customer, unless required by law.

12. Clinic participation This offer is available at participating NSW CPAP clinics only. Availability may vary by clinic and stock levels.

13. Stock availability Eligible new CPAP machines are subject to availability. NSW CPAP does not guarantee that all models will be available at all clinics during the promotional period.

14. Customer responsibility Customers are responsible for backing up or removing any personal data, usage data, SD card, modem, or removable storage from the machine before trade-in, where applicable. NSW CPAP is not responsible for any data left on a traded machine, except where required by law.

15. Privacy NSW CPAP may collect customer details to process the trade-in offer, manage the purchase, contact the customer about their appointment or enquiry, and maintain transaction records. Customer information will be handled in accordance with NSW CPAP’s privacy policy.

16. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Clauses

Trade-in approval Trade-in approval is not automatic.

To qualify for the 10% trade-in discount, the customer must first provide their existing CPAP machine to NSW CPAP for physical inspection. NSW CPAP must sight and assess the machine before confirming eligibility, approving the trade-in, finalising the selection of a new machine, or applying the 10% discount.

Submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or advising NSW CPAP of a trade-in machine does not guarantee approval for the trade-in offer.

Condition of trade-in machine The traded machine must be in a condition that NSW CPAP considers reasonably acceptable for the trade-in program.

Machines may be refused if they are in extremely poor condition, including but not limited to machines that are:

• physically damaged beyond use
• missing major components
• heavily contaminated or unsafe to handle
• crushed, broken, water-damaged, burnt, or otherwise severely damaged
• unable to be reasonably identified by brand, model, or serial number  NSW CPAP may accept machines that are old, faulty, or no longer used, provided they are not physically damaged beyond reasonable assessment or handling.

Sending or bringing in the machine Customers must either bring their existing CPAP machine into a participating NSW CPAP clinic or arrange for the machine to be physically sent to NSW CPAP for assessment.

Any trade-in approval, new machine recommendation, and 10% discount will only be confirmed after NSW CPAP has received and assessed the trade-in machine. Unless NSW CPAP agrees otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the machine to NSW CPAP.

No pre-approval NSW CPAP cannot approve a trade-in or apply the 10% discount based solely on photos, verbal descriptions, online forms, or customer declarations.

NSW CPAP may provide general guidance before receiving the machine, but final eligibility is subject to physical inspection by NSW CPAP staff.
